Sometimes you need something sweet, but you just don't feel like baking. This is perfect for those moments. There are just 3 ingredients, I don't think anything except rice krispie treats could be easier.
Ingredients
350g museli
130g butter
130g dairy toffees
350g museli

130g dairy toffees
Over a low heat in a medium-size pan melt the butter and toffees.
Remove from heat and mix well to combine. Add the museli and stir well.
Add the sticky mixture to a lined square cake tin (or brownie pan) and press down well (I line with extra strong foil - minimal washing up!).
Leave the flapjack to cool in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Cut into 12 fingers and serve.
